Lunch! An omelette with spinach, bell pepper, chicken, and pepperjack cheese topped with oven roasted heirloom tomatoes, green onions and black pepper with two slices of toast on the side, one with avocado and a drizzle of olive oil and the other with cream cheese! YUM. I would be perfectly okay eating breakfast foods for every meal.
